How wonderful to have an large and complex orienteering map in your backyard! Training started on Friday with two sessions from the clubhouse.The terrain is extremely technicial and slow going-lots of marshes, cliffs and low visability.
On Saturday morning the boys ran the middle distance event of Han-O-land 2015, along with 340 other competitors.

The event gave them a real taste for navigating in and around the Norwegian marshes.
Tim seems to have found his stride already and took home the honours on the M20 event

From there they travelled to Lillehammer (site of the 1994 Winter Olympics) for another training session in the afternoon
