Stephanie dominated the ladies course at Zoo Lake, winning by over 2 minutes. Salome also had a good run finishing 3rd.
Brad had a great result on the mens course finishing only 25 seconds behind manager Alex. Coach Nic also had a good result finishing 4th. Check out his GPS track and analysis here.
The Sprint Finish Competition was introduced at Zoo Lake. This time the aim was to run the fastest splits for the last 2 controls. Salome and Nico were the chocolate winners! Thanks to everyone who entered. And don't worry, we'll make sure that the fast people don't always win:-)
