We had our third training session at Voortrekker Monument on Saturday, 11th of April.
Nicholas organized 2 exercises: a course of 2.9km that focused on using contours and a head to head race of about 2km.

Thank you to Nicholas for another good session. Thanks to the people who put controls out. It was great to have Woc squad member Cobus join us and it's always helpful to have Tania around for some advice.
